Cancellation Policy

We allow order cancellation until the order is not shipped (if that’s a prepaid order) from our end at a 3.5% deduction from the refund value. After the order has been shipped, we can’t cancel the order.

In the case of Prepaid order, if any buyer denies taking the product from the courier guy or is not reachable due to any reason, then all the expenses incurred in sending that shipment, including 2 sides courier charges + handling /packing charge, will be charged from the refund, No Free Shipping clause will be applicable at that time.

Any order will not be automatically cancelled for a week in case of unavailability. So, we can arrange the product from our sources for you. If you want to cancel before that time, even if you select express shipping, then bank charges will be deducted from the refund i.e 3.5%.

If Order is customized like Stringing or any other such service, they can’t be cancelled in case of late delivery too, so if u need the order urgently or in Express and can’t wait, don’t customize the product.

Sports Paradise Company may cancel the order under rare circumstances, including:

1. a) Incorrect pricing or description of the product
2. b) Payment fraud detection by Payment Gateway or our department.
3. c) Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address
4. d) Available products did not pass our internal Quality Check during the dispatch of the product.
